Sturdy and economical, this inverted flare fitting is made of brass. The fitting includes a steel nut for safety and can be used with copper, brass or aluminum tubing. It meets all functional requirements of SAE J512.

All-brass construction, 100% ASME B16.28, SAE J512 & SAE J5195.0 compressor fittings are designed for use in high temperature applications of steam and water. Blows pipe compatibility, it can be connected to any steel tubing or pipe up to 1 inch (25 millimeters).

This Inverted Flare Fitting Tube Nut, commonly known as a coupler, is designed to connect two pieces of tubing in the same plane. The fitting uses a steel nut with a flare end which fits into the female flare fitting on the other end of the tube. These fittings are used extensively in an array of applications from air conditioning to marine and mobile diesel engines.

Heavy Duty - These invert flare fittings are made entirely of brass and are specially designed to be used with either copper or aluminum tubing. Each fitting is completely adjustable and the heavy duty construction ensures durability during usage.
