Through full CNC processing technology, HOSE BARB FITTING and Mini Barb produced by Legines have highly consistent dimensional accuracy and surface finish, effectively ensuring the air tightness and liquid tightness of the connection, avoiding leakage and hose shedding.
Legines' barb fittings are mainly made of CA360 brass and 304/316 stainless steel. They have excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and impact resistance, and can be widely used in high temperature, high pressure, high humidity or chemical medium complex environments. In response to the needs of different industries, customized services such as aluminum alloy or plastic can also be provided to meet the needs of low-pressure or lightweight systems.
HOSE BARB FITTING is usually equipped with 2 to 4 barb structures, which are connected by a hose "push-in". The taper and spacing of the barbs are precisely designed to form a bite-type fastening force, which is easy to install and can achieve basic sealing without clamps. Mini Barb is a miniature version with a more compact structure. It is suitable for small diameter pipes (such as Φ3-Φ6mm hoses). High-precision CNC finishing is required to ensure its structural strength and sealing performance under small size.
