The joint has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, high pressure resistance and good sealing performance. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, heavy machinery and other hydraulic pipeline systems. The disadvantage is that the welding work is heavy and the installation is inconvenient. The plug-in welded hydraulic pipe joint is mainly composed of a joint body, a nut and a pipe. Seal between the joint body and the connection with an O-ring. When the joint body is screwed into the body, a metal washer or a combined washer is used to achieve the face seal. The takeover is connected to the steel pipe in the management system by welding. The connection between the pipe joint and the machine parts mainly uses ordinary fine thread.

Assembly method

1. Cut the pipe on a special machine according to the required length, or you can cut it by hand. The cut plane and the axis of the outer diameter of the pipe should not be more than half the tolerance of the outer diameter of the pipe.

2. Remove burrs, metal shavings and dirt from inside and outside the pipe end.

3. Remove rust inhibitor and dirt from pipe joints.

4. Insert the straight end of the pipe into the pipe joint and make contact with the inner end of the pipe joint head.

5. Correct the spot welding. When the size of the relevant parts meets the requirements, weld the pipe to the joint. The size of the weld seam is determined by the designer based on the thickness of the pipe wall.

6. Reducing pipe joints are used in combination with various other plug-in welded pipe joints, and cannot be used alone. According to the reducing requirements, choose appropriate reducing pipe joints and other types of pipe joints, and weld them according to the assembly method. It is then welded to the tube.
