1. Copper card sleeve type terminal pipe joint
The function of the copper ferrule type through terminal joint is mainly used for the connection of instrument equipment and measuring pipeline. There are many types of copper ferrule type straight terminal joints. The outer diameter D0 of the pipe is: φ6mm, φ8mm, φ10mm, φ12mm, etc. The thread specifications are: M10×1, M12×1, M14×1.5, M16×1.5, M18 ×1.5, M20 ×1.5, 1/2NPT, ZG1/2″, ZG1/4″, etc.

 

The appearance structure of the copper card sleeve type through terminal joint is shown in Figure 1. The processing material is H62 (chrome-plated surface). The nominal pressure is 1.0MPa, and the operating temperature is not more than 150°C (the operating temperature of nylon tube is normal temperature).

Scope of application: copper pipe, plastic pipe, nylon pipe.

 

Special attention should be paid to: the connection between the source valve and the equipment and pipeline should not adopt the compression fitting. This is because the connection between the source valve, the equipment and the pipeline is a critical part, and the absence of a ferrule type joint here helps to ensure the connection quality and facilitate maintenance and repair. According to experience, in actual use, the processing quality of this joint and the size of the pipe are required to be very strict, otherwise the joint will be leaked due to inadequate sealing.
