1. Keep the inside of the rotary joint drum and pipeline clean. Special attention should be paid to new equipment, and filters should be added if necessary to avoid abnormal wear on the rotary joint caused by foreign objects.
2. Because the machine is not used for a long time, it will cause scaling and rusting inside the rotary joint. Please note that if it is used again, it may become stuck or dripping.
3. With oil filling device, please regularly fill the oil to ensure the reliability of the rotation joint bearing operation.
4. Rotary joints that circulate hot medium should gradually generate temperature to avoid rapid temperature changes.
5. Check the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing surface (usually normal wear is 5-10mm); observe the friction trajectory of the sealing surface to see if there are three points of intermittent or scratching problems, if there is a condition, It should be replaced immediately.
6. Rotary joints should be handled with care. It is strictly forbidden to be impacted to avoid loss of joint components.
7. It is strictly forbidden for foreign objects to enter the rotary joint.
8. Do not idle the rotary joint for a long time.
